Job Summary

Emirates Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our airport ground operations team. As part of our Ground Staff, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring seamless travel experiences from check-in to boarding. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries at the airport.

• Manage luggage handling, including check-in, transfer, and delivery.

• Coordinate with airline departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.

• Monitor boarding gates and provide assistance during delays or irregular operations.

• Maintain safety, security, and operational standards in accordance with airport regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve passenger concerns.

• Support special assistance services, including passengers with disabilities or unaccompanied minors.

• Assist in documentation, record-keeping, and reporting for daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Experience
