Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote HR Assistant to support our growing Human Resources department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to gain real-world experience in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks — all while working from the comfort of home. You will work closely with senior HR staff to help streamline HR operations and ensure a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate records.

  • Support onboarding activities such as document collection, orientation scheduling, and new employee setup.

  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Help implement HR policies and procedures across departments.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, benefits, and company policies.

  • Prepare HR documents including offer letters, onboarding forms, and internal notices.

  • Coordinate virtual meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.

  • Generate HR reports and assist with data entry as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (final-year students may also apply).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high attention to detail.

  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.

Experience

  • No prior HR experience required — fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Flexible schedule: 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday).

  • Occasional weekend support during peak hiring periods may be required.
