Job Summary

Tech Launchpad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Web Programmer to join our dynamic development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about web technologies and eager to grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will contribute to designing, coding, testing, and maintaining web applications while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies.

• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement project requirements.

• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues efficiently.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas to improve development processes.

• Stay updated with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Support website optimization, ensuring performance, scalability, and security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Basic understanding of backend programming (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js) and databases (MySQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Flexible working hours or partial remote work may be considered based on performance and team requirements.
