Job Summary

Red Learning Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate PMP Certification Trainer to deliver high-quality evening training sessions for aspiring project management professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing learners to successfully clear the PMP® certification exam through structured instruction, practical insights, and engaging learning methodologies. This role requires strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct interactive online or classroom sessions during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging PMP certification training sessions at the scheduled evening time.

• Design and update course materials aligned with the latest PMI guidelines and exam patterns.

• Simplify complex project management concepts using real-world examples and case studies.

• Conduct mock tests, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate learner progress.

• Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing support to participants.

• Track student performance and maintain training reports.

• Stay updated with changes in PMP exam content outline and project management best practices.

• Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum effectiveness and learner outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• PMP® certification (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of PMBOK® Guide and PMI framework.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to teach adult learners effectively.

• Proficiency in using online training tools (Zoom, Teams, LMS platforms, etc.).

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning environments.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience.

• At least 1–2 years of experience delivering PMP or project management training preferred.

• Prior experience in EdTech or professional certification training is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Evening shift: 8:30 PM onwards (IST).

• Flexible schedule based on batch allocation.

• Part-time or freelance engagement may be considered.
