Job Summary

Red Learning Academy is seeking an experienced and engaging Evening PMP Certification Trainer to deliver high-quality project management training sessions for working professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject-matter expertise in PMP standards, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to conduct interactive virtual or classroom sessions during evening hours. This role is well-suited for professionals passionate about teaching and helping learners successfully achieve PMP certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured PMP certification training aligned with the latest PMI guidelines.

• Conduct live evening sessions at the scheduled time while maintaining high learner engagement.

• Develop and update training materials, mock tests, and practice assignments.

• Simplify complex project management concepts for diverse learner groups.

• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback and exam readiness guidance.

• Support students with doubt-clearing sessions and exam strategies.

• Ensure training quality, learner satisfaction, and completion targets are met.

• Stay current with PMP exam changes and project management best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid PMP certification (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of PMBOK framework and Agile/Hybrid methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Proven ability to teach or train adult learners effectively.

• Proficiency in virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms).

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

• Ability to manage evening batches consistently.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on project management experience.

• Prior experience delivering PMP training or corporate training preferred.

• Experience in EdTech, corporate L&D, or professional training institutes is an advantage.

• Candidates with a strong PMP pass-rate track record will be highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Evening shift starting at 8:30 PM IST.

• Part-time or contract engagement (flexible based on batch schedules).

• Weekend sessions may be required based on program needs.
