Job Summary

Grevitywings Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Evening Shift UK Survey Representative to support our growing market research operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound surveys with UK-based respondents, gathering accurate data, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions. This role is well-suited for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work efficiently during evening hours aligned with UK time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to UK participants to administer structured surveys.

• Clearly explain survey objectives and encourage respondent participation.

• Accurately record responses in the designated systems or CRM tools.

• Maintain daily calling targets and quality benchmarks.

• Handle respondent queries professionally and courteously.

• Ensure compliance with data protection and company guidelines.

• Submit daily activity reports and feedback to supervisors.

• Collaborate with team leads to improve survey completion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.

• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.

• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.

• Good listening skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or equivalent; graduates preferred.

Experience

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or market research is an advantage.

• Experience handling UK or international voice processes will be preferred.

working Hours

• Evening shift aligned with UK time zone.

• Typical shift window: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (may vary based on project needs).

• Weekends may be required depending on campaign schedules.

• Part-time and full-time options may be available.

• Understanding of basic market research or survey processes.

• Ability to build quick rapport with international respondents.
