Job Summary
IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Credit Cards and Loan Products across assigned territories. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced banking environment. The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding the bank’s customer base while delivering a superior customer experience in line with IDFC FIRST Bank’s values.
Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through field sales activities for Credit Cards and Loan Products (Personal Loans, Consumer Loans, etc.).

Identify potential customers through door-to-door visits, referrals, corporate tie-ups, events, and local market activations.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly to customers.

Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Collect and verify customer documentation accurately and submit applications as per bank policies.

Ensure high-quality sourcing and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and relationship management for timely processing.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Stay updated on product offerings, schemes, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Fresher to 3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or banking/financial services preferred.

Experience in selling credit cards, personal loans, or financial products will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong sales orientation are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours

Full-time role, 6 days a week.

Day shift with extensive fieldwork based on assigned geography.
