Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is preferred.

• Prior exposure to multinational organizations or international financial practices is a plus.
