Job Summary:
Global Finance Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic financial decisions, providing in-depth insights, and supporting business growth through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and translate it into actionable insights.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.

Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.

Assist senior management in identifying financial risks and opportunities.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Experience:

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar role.

Experience in preparing financial statements, variance analysis, and KPIs reporting.

Exposure to multinational business environments or large-scale financial operations is an advantage.
Working Hours:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Flexibility may be required during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing periods.
