Job Summary:

Global Finance Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic financial decisions, providing in-depth insights, and supporting business growth through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.

• Assist senior management in identifying financial risks and opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar role.

• Experience in preparing financial statements, variance analysis, and KPIs reporting.

• Exposure to multinational business environments or large-scale financial operations is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Flexibility may be required during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing periods.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance operations, and corporate financial planning.

• Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.

• High proficiency with ERP systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence software.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
