Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Must meet physical requirements for cabin crew (e.g., reach, height, vision, and fitness standards).

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and varying time zones.

• Professional grooming and presentation that reflects company standards.

Experience

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous flight attendant or airline industry experience will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts based on flight schedules, including evenings, weekends, and international routes.

• Average of 75–85 flying hours per month, with additional time for training, preparation, and layovers.
