Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Team for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about customer service, possess strong communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Provide accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, account issues, and platform usage.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Follow defined processes, policies, and quality guidelines to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Meet daily/weekly targets including response time, resolution rate, quality scores, and productivity benchmarks.

Collaborate with team leaders to suggest improvements and enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

Strong customer-handling skills with a polite, patient, and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.

Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, order lifecycle, and customer service fundamentals.

Proficiency in computer usage, typing, and navigating multiple software tools.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Experience

0–3 years of experience in customer support (voice, non-voice, or blended).

Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in an e-commerce or BPO environment will be an added advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time position (8–9 hours shift + breaks).

Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on business requirements.

Work-from-home or hybrid setup based on location and process availability.
