Job Summary
Flipkart, one of India’s leading e-commerce organizations, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our remote support team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while working from the comfort of their home. As a Customer Support Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction across Flipkart’s wide range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and empathetic manner
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and account support
- Provide accurate information about Flipkart products, services, policies, and promotions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in internal systems
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required
- Meet individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good listening skills, patience, and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or e-commerce support is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is an added advantage
Working Hours
- Full-Time: 8–9 hours per day, 5–6 days a week (rotational shifts may apply)
- Part-Time: Flexible shifts ranging from 4–6 hours per day
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs
