Job Summary

Flipkart is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to join our remote operations team. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and managing data across various internal systems. If you are someone with good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn, this opportunity is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer, product, and logistics data in Flipkart's systems.

• Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain data confidentiality and follow organizational data protocols.

• Retrieve data from internal systems and provide support to other departments when needed.

• Generate simple reports from spreadsheets or internal software.

• Communicate with team leaders or supervisors about inconsistencies or data errors.

• Perform daily tasks within assigned deadlines with high accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary (Any stream).

• Basic computer literacy including MS Excel, MS Word, and typing skills.

• Ability to maintain accuracy while working with large amounts of data.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills in English or Hindi.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome—no prior experience is necessary.

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in data entry, back office, or administrative roles will be preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours depending on project requirements.

• Full-time: 8–9 hours per day

• Part-time roles may also be available.

• Shift options: Day Shift / Rotational Shift (Work From Home)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fast and accurate typing ability (25–35 WPM preferred).

• Ability to work with spreadsheets and web-based tools efficiently.

• Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.

• Problem-solving attitude and capability to work under minimal supervision.

• Time management and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
