We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Product Listing Specialist to manage product catalog entries on Flipkart. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings to ensure accuracy, visibility, and compliance with platform standards. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with data entry, and has a keen eye for detail.

Reports to

The Product Listing Specialist will report to the Catalog Manager / Operations Lead.

What will you do?

• Upload new products onto Flipkart’s platform with complete and accurate details.

• Write clear, attractive product descriptions with proper keywords.

• Update pricing, stock availability, and product variations.

• Ensure all listings comply with Flipkart’s content and category guidelines.

• Edit and upload product images according to platform requirements.

• Monitor product performance and make improvements to boost visibility.

• Coordinate with sellers, marketing, and support teams to resolve listing issues.

• Maintain spreadsheets and documentation for catalog accuracy.

What are we looking for?

• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.

• Reliable internet connection and personal device (laptop/desktop).

• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in e-commerce product listing (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.).

• Knowledge of SEO for product descriptions.

• Familiarity with bulk upload templates and catalog management tools.

• Image editing skills for product photos (Photoshop, Canva).
