We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Seller Support Specialist to assist Flipkart’s online sellers. In this role, you will provide remote support to vendors, helping them manage their accounts, resolve listing or payment issues, and ensure smooth operations on the Flipkart marketplace. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and eager to grow within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Reports to

The Seller Support Specialist will report to the Seller Operations Team Lead / Manager.

What will you do?

• Provide assistance to sellers via email, chat, and phone support.

• Guide sellers on listing products, updating inventory, and managing orders.

• Troubleshoot issues related to payments, returns, or account performance.

• Educate sellers on Flipkart policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

• Track and escalate unresolved queries to higher-level support teams.

• Maintain detailed records of seller interactions in the CRM system.

• Help improve the overall seller experience by identifying recurring issues.

What are we looking for?

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, seller support, or e-commerce operations (freshers may also apply).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM/ticketing tools.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple queries at once.

• Reliable internet connection and personal device (laptop/desktop).

• Positive, professional, and service-oriented mindset.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Prior experience in e-commerce marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.).

• Knowledge of order management and product listing tools.

• Familiarity with seller dashboards and account management.

• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
