Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Fractional HR Director to partner with high-growth startups and emerging businesses as a trusted people advisor. This remote, consulting-based role is designed for a senior HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building scalable HR frameworks from the ground up.
As a Fractional HR Director, you will provide executive-level HR leadership on a part-time or project basis, helping founders and leadership teams align people strategies with business objectives. You will act as a thought partner across talent management, organizational design, compliance, culture, and performance—bringing structure, clarity, and best practices to fast-moving organizations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to startup founders, CEOs, and executive teams.

Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth and organizational goals.

Build and optimize core HR systems, policies, and processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, employee relations).

Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.

Establish company culture, values, and employee engagement frameworks.

Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and HR risk management.

Support leadership in talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.

Implement performance management systems and OKR/KPI frameworks.

Act as interim HR leader for clients without an internal HR function.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) preferred.

Proven experience operating at a strategic HR leadership level.

Experience
