Job Summary

IT sight Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Fractional Marketing Director to support small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients on a part-time, high-impact basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader who excels at building scalable marketing strategies, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable growth outcomes without the need for full-time engagement.

The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership teams to design and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive demand generation, and optimize customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with SME business goals.
  • Serve as a senior marketing advisor to client leadership teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, email, social media, and paid media.
  • Build and optimize demand generation and lead nurturing programs.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reporting.
  • Guide brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and mentor marketing teams, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Establish marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Support product launches, market expansion, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SME market dynamics and growth challenges.
  • Expertise in digital marketing ecosystems, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fractional capacity.

Experience

  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • At least 3–5 years in a senior marketing leadership or director-level role.
  • Demonstrated success supporting SMEs or high-growth businesses.
  • Experience working in remote or consulting/fractional engagements is highly desirable.
  • Background in B2B, technology, or professional services sectors is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible fractional engagement (approximately 10–25 hours per week depending on client needs).
  • Fully remote with occasional overlap required for client meetings across time zones.
  • Outcome-focused schedule with emphasis on deliverables rather than fixed hours.
