Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Product Manager with a strong focus on UX design, user research, and customer discovery. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building user-centered products and translating customer insights into impactful product strategies. As a freelance product manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, startups, and global clients to shape products from concept to validation, ensuring they meet real user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product discovery activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and market research.

• Define product vision, problem statements, and value propositions based on customer insights and UX research.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to align product goals.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps, user personas, journey maps, and feature prioritization frameworks.

• Translate research findings into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Validate assumptions through MVPs, prototypes, and continuous customer feedback loops.

• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate solutions to improve user experience and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate product insights, progress, and recommendations to clients and internal teams effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product management principles with a focus on UX and customer discovery.

• Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.

• Experience working with design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and make evidence-based decisions.

• Proficiency with product and UX tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a freelance environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, UX research, or a related role.

• Prior experience working with startups, digital products, or SaaS platforms is highly preferred.

• Freelance or contract-based experience with multiple clients is an added advantage.

• Freshers with strong portfolios, certifications, or hands-on project experience may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Flexible, freelance-based working hours.

• Project-based or hourly engagement, depending on assignment scope.
