Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Frontend React Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for a technical leader who is passionate about modern frontend engineering, user experience, and building robust component-based architectures. As a Frontend React Architect, you will define frontend standards, drive technical decisions, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers across global teams.

This is a fully remote role with a requirement to overlap working hours with the US timezone, enabling strong real-time collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable frontend solutions using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Define and maintain frontend coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

• Lead the migration and modernization of legacy frontend systems to modern React-based architectures.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences and consistent design systems.

• Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility initiatives.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to frontend engineers.

• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

• Evaluate and introduce new tools, libraries, and technologies to improve frontend productivity and quality.

• Participate in technical roadmap planning and contribute to strategic product decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Solid experience with frontend architecture patterns (micro-frontends, component-driven design).

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Strong understanding of performance optimization and web security best practices.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience

• 8+ years of overall frontend development experience.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in architecting large-scale React applications.

• Prior experience in a technical leadership or architect role is highly preferred.

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role.

• Must have at least 4–6 hours overlap with US business hours (EST/PST).

• Flexible schedule outside of required overlap.
