Job Summary

MediSoft Tech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team in building and maintaining a cutting-edge Health Record Management Platform. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications for the Health Record Management Platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Implement and maintain secure APIs and database solutions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve system architecture.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/GDPR) and industry security standards.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React.js, or Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API development.

• Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.

• Proficient in relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deployment strategies.

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and secure handling of sensitive medical information.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues efficiently.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.

• Proven experience in delivering production-ready web applications with a focus on scalability and security.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.
