Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Identify and analyze customer issues, providing clear solutions and follow-up.

  • Handle escalated complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation in CRM systems.

  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance customer satisfaction processes.

  • Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded at every interaction.

  • Support continuous improvement by participating in training and team discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to multitask while handling multiple customer cases.

  • Proficiency with computers, CRM tools, and remote work applications.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or customer-facing roles (preferred).

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.

  • Full-time role (40 hours/week).

  • Ability to work across different time zones if needed.
