Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fundraising Assistant to join our remote team. This role is crucial in supporting our fundraising initiatives, maintaining donor relationships, and assisting in the development and execution of campaigns that drive financial support for our projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising campaigns and events.
- Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Support the preparation of fundraising materials, proposals, and grant applications.
- Communicate with donors, sponsors, and partners via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Track donations, generate reports, and assist in donor recognition programs.
- Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling fundraising content.
- Conduct research to identify potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising team and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online fundraising platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital fundraising tools is a plus.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit administration, or a related role is preferred.
- Experience with donor management systems or CRM tools is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, remote position.
- Flexible working hours with occasional virtual meetings and campaign deadlines.
- Availability to attend online events or training sessions as required.
