Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with new and existing retail customers.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance.
  • Achieve assigned business targets for deposits, advances, and cross-selling of products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks.
  • Conduct customer meetings, branch-level activities, and local marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Participate actively in training programs, assessments, and on-the-job rotations as part of the PO Program.
  • Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and support branch managers in daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales and relationship management.
  • Basic understanding of banking products, financial concepts, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort with digital banking platforms.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, sales, or customer relationship roles will have an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role.
  • Standard banking hours, with flexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on business requirements, customer meetings, and training schedules.
