Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Galley Utility / Potwasher to join our cruise ship’s culinary team. In this critical support role, you will ensure that all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are impeccably cleaned and organized, supporting the smooth operation of food preparation and service. Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils using proper techniques and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of galley areas, storage spaces, and kitchen floors.

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed.

• Handle garbage disposal, recycling, and maintain proper waste segregation practices.

• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stocks are low.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with international maritime and food safety standards.

• Support the galley team during high-demand periods to maintain operational efficiency.

Experience

Working Hours
