Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Generative AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning. Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize large language models for domain-specific applications.

• Design data pipelines for preprocessing, labeling, and curating high-quality training datasets.

• Implement prompt engineering strategies and parameter-efficient tuning methods (LoRA, PEFT, etc.).

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

• Monitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and continuously improve model outputs.

• Ensure compliance with responsible AI, privacy, and security best practices.

• Document experiments, model architectures, and deployment workflows.

• Stay current with emerging research in generative AI and recommend practical innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and LLM ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face).

• Solid understanding of NLP concepts, tokenization, embeddings, and evaluation metrics.

• Experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).

• Good understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, and CI/CD.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or generative AI roles.

• Proven experience fine-tuning or deploying large language models in production environments.

• Prior work on AI products, chatbots, or intelligent automation solutions is highly preferred.

• Experience in startups or fast-paced tech environments is a plus.
