Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns and document interactions.

  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

  • Manage and complete gig-based support tasks efficiently within specified deadlines.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies.

  • Proactively identify common customer issues and provide suggestions for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly approach.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Basic technical proficiency, including navigating CRM tools and support platforms (training provided).

  • Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in gig-based, freelance, or independent contractor roles is an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • This is a gig-based, flexible schedule position.

  • You may choose your own working hours and complete tasks based on availability.

  • Weekend or evening availability may increase earning opportunities but is not required.
