Job Summary

You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues, and contribute to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

  • Guide customers on product features, troubleshooting steps, and account management.

  • Assist in improving support processes by providing feedback and identifying recurring issues.

  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.

  • Proficient in using customer support tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and processes.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or helpdesk roles.

  • Experience supporting international customers is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or tech-related services is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift schedules to cover global time zones.

  • Rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Work-from-home or hybrid options may be available based on location and role requirements.
