Job Summary
Rolls-Royce is seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Aerospace Engineer specializing in Structural Analysis to join our world-class engineering team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct structural analysis of aerospace components, including stress, strain, vibration, fatigue, and thermal evaluations.

Develop and validate computational models using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other engineering tools.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, materials, and manufacturing engineers, to optimize component performance.

Review and interpret test data, supporting experimental validation of structural models.

Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet safety, quality, and performance requirements.

Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Strong foundation in structural mechanics, materials science, and aerospace design principles.

Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, CATIA, Abaqus).

Understanding of fatigue, fracture mechanics, and vibration analysis.

Experience

Recent graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience in structural analysis, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
