Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of smart manufacturing systems and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Industry 4.0 projects, including IoT deployment, predictive maintenance, robotics integration, and automation solutions.

Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Support the deployment of digital twin models and virtual simulations to enhance production planning and operational decision-making.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to enhance manufacturing performance.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and project outcomes to stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and trends in Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT, robotics, AI/ML, cloud computing, and smart manufacturing systems.

Proficiency in data analysis, process modeling, and digital tools such as MATLAB, Python, CAD, or PLC programming.

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and lean principles.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or project experience in smart manufacturing, automation, or industrial technology are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:

Standard working hours: 40–45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Occasional project-based flexibility may be required to meet deadlines or support plant operations.
