Job Summary

Visionary Brands is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with advanced expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that elevate our brand identity across digital, print, and social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and branding teams to create engaging visuals that communicate our brand message effectively and consistently. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, and email campaigns.

• Develop print materials including brochures, packaging, posters, flyers, and brand collateral.

• Create visually appealing layouts adhering to brand guidelines and creative direction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

• Prepare and optimize graphics for various formats and publishing platforms.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of final assets.

• Maintain awareness of current design trends, tools, and techniques.

• Assist in developing and enhancing brand identity and visual standards.

• Review and revise designs based on team and client feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and layout abilities.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.

• Ability to handle constructive feedback and revise designs accordingly.

• Proficiency in preparing design files for digital and print output.

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Experience working in a marketing, branding, or creative agency environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated success managing multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with standard working hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

• Flexibility to meet project deadlines or attend occasional virtual meetings when required.
