Job Summary

Cherbionics Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Consultation Biometric Assistant to support patient intake and biometric data collection processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate patient measurements, assisting healthcare professionals during consultations, and maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality. This role is well-suited for individuals passionate about healthcare support services and technology-driven patient management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately collect and record biometric data such as height, weight, blood pressure, pulse rate, and other vital parameters.

  • Assist healthcare professionals during patient consultations and screenings.

  • Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and hygiene of biometric equipment.

  • Maintain and update patient records in digital systems with high accuracy.

  • Guide patients through the consultation process and address basic queries.

  • Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and data privacy regulations.

  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow.

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or data discrepancies promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing Assistance, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of biometric devices and patient vital monitoring.

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare software systems.

  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in healthcare assistance, clinic support, diagnostics, or biometric data collection preferred.

  • Freshers with relevant healthcare training are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience working in hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, or telehealth environments is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time or shift-based role as per operational requirements.

  • May include weekend or rotational shifts.

  • Standard working hours typically range between 8–9 hours per day.
