Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions to passengers during boarding, take-off, and landing.

• Assist passengers with special needs, ensuring comfort and accessibility.

• Respond calmly and effectively to in-flight emergencies or medical situations.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the cabin throughout the journey.

• Uphold company standards, policies, and regulations at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, travel, or related field is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent grooming and professional appearance.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.

• Physically fit to meet safety and emergency requirements.

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedules with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
