Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage product listings across multiple marketplace platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal visibility.

  • Resolve vendor, customer, and internal queries regarding marketplace operations promptly and professionally.

  • Analyze marketplace performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.

  • Maintain and update internal documentation and SOPs related to marketplace processes.

  • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance operational workflows.

  • Handle escalations effectively while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with e-commerce or online marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace management tools.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace support, or related fields.

Working Hours
