Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to clients for sales, support, or inquiry purposes.

  • Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic demeanor while interacting with customers.

  • Generate leads, follow up on client requests, and ensure timely resolution of queries.

  • Accurately record call details, maintain logs, and update the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.

  • Personal Attributes: Confident, persuasive, patient, and result-oriented.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role: Flexible shifts available, including morning and evening batches.

  • Timings may vary depending on client requirements and process allocation.
