Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures for all data-related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40–50 WPM.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with working remotely is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible work hours, typically 6–8 hours per day.

  • Remote position allows the candidate to manage their own schedule within deadlines.
