Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking detail-oriented and motivated Freelance Accountants to support international and domestic clients through long-term, home-based contracts. This role is ideal for accounting professionals who value flexibility while building stable, long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance, and delivering timely financial insights—all while working remotely from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking

• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and client-specific requirements

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams via email, video calls, and accounting platforms

• Assist during audits and respond to financial queries in a timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar tools

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines independently

Experience

• 0–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles

• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and practical knowledge are encouraged to apply

• Prior freelance or remote work experience is an added advantage
