Job Summary

EasySkill Tutors is seeking passionate and dedicated online tutors to provide high-quality education to students in Classes 6–10 in Math and Science. This is a home-based, flexible role that allows educators to design engaging learning experiences and help students achieve academic success. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about teaching, skilled at explaining complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, and comfortable with online learning tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online tutoring sessions for students in Classes 6–10 in Math and Science.

• Develop and deliver personalized lesson plans to meet individual student learning needs.

• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain clear records of student progress and session notes.

• Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Address student queries and provide additional support outside scheduled classes if necessary.

• Collaborate with the EasySkill Tutors team to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Class 6–10 Math and Science curriculum.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital tools.

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching style to student needs.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.

Experience

• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with online teaching platforms is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible, home-based schedule.

• Tutors can select preferred working hours based on student availability.
