Job Summary
ER Relief Medicals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to support the timely and safe distribution of pharmaceutical products to customers’ homes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate deliveries, maintain product integrity, and provide courteous service while representing the organization professionally in the community. This role is critical in ensuring patients receive essential medications promptly and securely.
Key Responsibilities

Safely pick up and deliver prescribed medicines and healthcare products to customers’ residences.

Verify delivery details, prescriptions, and customer identity before handing over medications.

Maintain proper handling and storage conditions for pharmaceutical items during transit.

Collect payments where applicable and provide receipts.

Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time service.

Maintain delivery logs, proof of delivery, and daily reports.

Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company protocols.

Communicate delivery updates or issues promptly to the pharmacy team.

Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent education.

Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license (as applicable).

Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.

Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Basic communication skills in English and the local language.

Ability to handle cash and digital payments accurately.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in delivery, courier, or pharmacy logistics preferred.
