Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.

  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and booking updates.

  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.

  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.

  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management systems.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front office roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours
