Job Summary:

SecureMalls Inc. is seeking vigilant, dependable, and professional Hotel Security Guards to maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at our affiliated hotels. This role ensures a secure and welcoming environment, actively prevents unauthorized activities, and responds swiftly to emergencies. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting with flexible shift options, including day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor hotel premises, entrances, and parking areas to prevent theft, damage, or disturbances.

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with local authorities as needed.

• Assist guests and staff with safety-related inquiries and provide a visible security presence.

• Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation for any irregular events.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to enhance overall safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security management is a plus.

• Valid security license or certification (as per local regulations) is preferred.

• Excellent observation, attention to detail, and situational awareness.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid is desirable.

Experience:

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality security is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in monitoring CCTV systems, access control, and emergency response procedures is advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Flexible shift options including day, evening, and night shifts.

• Rotational shifts may be required to ensure 24/7 coverage.
