Job Summary

StarBridge Education is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team remotely. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers who are eager to start a career in Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in administrative tasks, and ensure smooth internal communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions while working from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HR managers with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR files accurately.

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including document verification and orientation scheduling.

  • Handle routine HR queries and provide timely responses to employees.

  • Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation as required.

  • Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support HR initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior internship or exposure to HR or administrative tasks is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.

  • Standard work hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable based on candidate’s availability and company requirements).
