Job Summary
StarBridge Education is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team remotely. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers who are eager to start a career in Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in administrative tasks, and ensure smooth internal communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions while working from the comfort of home.
Key Responsibilities

Assist HR managers with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.

Maintain and update employee records and HR files accurately.

Support onboarding activities for new hires, including document verification and orientation scheduling.

Handle routine HR queries and provide timely responses to employees.

Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation as required.

Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.

Ensure compliance with company policies and support HR initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).

Working Hours
