Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our remote HR operations. This role is responsible for developing HR policies, managing the full employee lifecycle, and fostering a high-performance remote culture. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

At least 2 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
