HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Closer to join our growing remote sales team. As an Inbound Sales Closer, you will engage with prospects who have already expressed interest in our services, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via phone calls, video calls, email, and chat.

• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and pain points.

• Present HR Talent Solutions’ services in a compelling and value-driven manner.

• Close sales by confidently guiding prospects through the decision-making process.

• Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversions.

• Continuously improve sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Proven experience in inbound or high-ticket sales.

• Confidence in handling objections and building rapport quickly.

• Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software.

• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in inbound, B2B, or service-based sales.

• Experience closing deals in a remote or call-based environment is highly preferred.

• Background in recruitment, HR services, SaaS, coaching, or consulting is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on target market time zones.

• Typically 30–40 hours per week.

• Availability for scheduled calls and follow-ups with prospects.
