We are offering an Industrial Training Internship designed for Mechanical Engineering students and recent graduates who want to gain real-world exposure in industrial operations. This program provides hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and engineering projects, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical industry applications.
Reports to
The intern will report to the Plant Engineer / Industrial Training Supervisor.
What will you do?

Assist in monitoring and improving mechanical systems and production processes.

Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Support documentation of processes, technical reports, and safety protocols.

Observe and learn about machinery installation, calibration, and performance testing.

Collaborate with engineers on process optimization and quality improvement projects.

Conduct research on new materials, tools, and industrial technologies.

Participate in safety and compliance training.
What are we looking for?

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Basic knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and machine design.

Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

What additional skills will help you stand out?
