As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with marketing managers, content creators, and external partners to execute high-impact influencer campaigns aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, and content approvals.
• Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Monitor social media trends and emerging creators to recommend new partnership opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, platform policies, and disclosure regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to negotiate, manage relationships, and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and social media management tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and insights.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or agencies is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong internships or project experience in influencer marketing may also apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote role based in India.
• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday).
• Flexibility may be required to coordinate with global teams or influencers in different time zones.
