OneTech Associates is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven, and professional individuals to join our cabin crew team as International and Domestic Flight Attendants. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with aviation regulations at all times.

• Deliver excellent customer service, including attending to passenger needs, inquiries, and requests.

• Conduct safety demonstrations and provide clear instructions during emergencies.

• Assist with boarding, seating, and baggage arrangements.

• Serve meals, beverages, and other inflight services professionally.

• Handle medical or security incidents calmly and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable cabin environment.

• Work collaboratively with fellow crew members and the flight deck team.

• Represent the company’s brand and values with professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• Minimum height and physical fitness as per aviation industry requirements.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours
