Job Summary
OceanGlide Cruises is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Support Assistant to join our Cruise Staff Application Portal Helpdesk team. The successful candidate will provide prompt and efficient technical assistance to cruise staff navigating our internal application portal. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users, and ensuring seamless access to the platform, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of our global cruise operations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for cruise staff experiencing technical issues with the application portal.

Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity problems related to the portal.

Assist staff with account setup, login issues, and password recovery.

Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT personnel or system administrators.

Document and track all support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues for process improvement.

Provide clear instructions and guidance to staff, both verbally and in written form.

Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure portal updates are communicated effectively.

Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism in all interactions with staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
