Job Summary
Zenith Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician (Entry-Level) to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will provide first-line technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support the smooth functioning of our IT operations. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Respond to user requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems and ensure timely issue resolution.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and basic networking tools.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians when needed.

Assist in managing user accounts, password resets, and access controls within company systems.

Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.

Support the setup of workstations for new employees, including hardware provisioning and software installation.

Perform routine IT maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and system checks.

Ensure company IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines are followed consistently.

Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and deliver high-quality support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and common office software.

Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues.

Good understanding of antivirus tools, system updates, and IT security fundamentals.

Experience

0–1 year of experience in IT support, help desk operations, or technical customer service (internships included).

Working Hours

Full-time, 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday).

Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required depending on operational needs.
