Job Summary

DataSense Consulting is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Junior Data Analyst Trainees. As a trainee, you will work closely with senior analysts and project managers to learn industry-standard tools, interpret data insights, and support data-driven decision-making across organizational functions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing raw data from various internal and external sources.

• Support senior analysts in preparing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Help maintain and update data sets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Participate in team meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical tasks.

• Create documentation for data processes, workflows, and reporting standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and deliver insights.

• Learn and apply best practices in analytics, data quality, and reporting methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and an understanding of data manipulation.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R (training will be provided).

• Ability to interpret numerical data and present findings clearly.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies.

Experience

• No prior experience required.

• Internship or academic project experience in data analysis, statistics, or software tools will be an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday.

• Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on project needs.
