Job Summary

TestTrack Software, a leading provider of innovative digital solutions for education, is seeking a Junior React Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building and enhancing our student assessment tool, a platform that supports teachers, students, and institutions in evaluating academic progress effectively. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end development, has a strong foundation in React.js, and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize user-facing features using React.js.

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement responsive and scalable web applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to ensure functionality and performance.

• Assist in integrating APIs and ensuring seamless communication with backend systems.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (final-year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in front-end development.

• Internship or academic project experience with React.js will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Flexible schedule with core working hours between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.

• Remote work option available with occasional team meetups.

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
